On April 27^th 2010 I was scheduled to have a surgery done for my left side hip replacement.  I was in such excruciating pains, I couldn’t sleep.  I became very close with Shereen at the College I attend we would often discuss our spiritual beliefs and share ideas and opinions.  On the Friday prior to my appointment, I went to school but I could not sit down, I went straight to her office and said I don’t know how I’m going to get through this one.  I was crying with agony, she said don’t be afraid we will pray.  I left her office and went home.  On Sunday at about 1:00pm, I received a call from her, she ask me how I was feeling, I told her I am still in pain, she said to me she will speak with Pastor Ricky and both of them will keep me in prayer for this situation.  On April 27^th I went to my scheduled appointment.  The doctor examined me, to my surprise he called my husband in the room and said you wife can get dress, “there is no sign of any problems with her hip, even the cloud that was there is not there anymore”.  I was ecstatic, I had no pain, I was overwhelmed I could not wait to get home to share the great news with my sister.  I picked up the receiver but something held down my hand, I could not dial the number, I could hear a still voice saying you need to tell her in person.  The very next day I went to the College, walked in her office in tears and all I could say, was “thank God for caring people like you and Pastor Ricky”, who can stand in the gap for our breakthrough.  Jesus has completely healed me.  I pray that God will continue to bless their ministry and they accomplish the will of God in their lives.

I give God the honor and praise.  Recently I moved from Brooklyn, NY.  I asked God to lead me to a church where I can fellowship.  One Sunday I awoke and asked Jesus to direct my footsteps, I was led to Queens Revival Center, where I met with Pastor Ricky and the first lady.  I have been in this ministry for quite sometime, since then I have been faced with two minor strokes and a slight heart attack.  I thank God for a praying Pastor, I could not lift my hands, I was hospitalized for a month but through it all Jesus healed me from every illness and made me whole.  The devil is a liar, I taught I would never be normal again, but I was wrong.  Just to encourage your heart that our redeemer lives.  I will be taking a trip to my country next month.

I grew up in a Muslim home all my life I was taught that Allah is God.  That was far from the truth, the scales were removed from my eyes when I met Jesus.  I have been saved approximately two years, knowing Jesus and having a relationship with him is two different things.   I was driving one day in search of a place to fellowship, I went to one church but their morning service was over they had another service at 11:00am, the brethren asked me if I would come back, I said I will see.  I drove a few blocks away I stopped at the light and heard the beautiful gospel songs being sang by the choir, something in my spirit said, “find a park”.   I went into that church the anointing was so strong the spirit grab hold of me.  The teaching in this ministry is different, Pastor Ricky preaches an uncompromising gospel, he is one Pastor that preaches on sin, I have learnt so much since I’ve been here, I know in my heart I am changed.  The way I used to thing I think no more, the things I use to do I do no more.  I thank Jesus for his many blessings and I thank Pastor Ricky for correcting me where I fall short.
